Fim da tempestade Kristin e muito perto do início da tempestade Leonardo.
Uma breve brecha neste tempo impossível para sair sem correr riscos e observar, rapidamente, o impacto desta fortíssima intempérie sobre um curto trecho da orla marítima da Costa da Caparica, com especial incidência na sua frente urbana de praias.

Aqui e em todo o território nacional é e será necessário, mais do que nunca, planear, prevenir, adaptar, reforçar, sensibilizar, educar, liderar e coordenar.
É preciso um ordenamento do território digno desse nome. Investir no futuro e, mais do que antecipar o amanhã, construir desde já e sabiamente os dias vindouros.
A Natureza e as suas manifestações não se compadecem com o tacitismo dos ciclos políticos, a falta de visão a médio e longo prazo, o consumo e a acumulação desmedida de bens, recursos e capital e a estupidez de muitas das ações humanas sobre o planeta.

End of Storm Kristin and very close to the beginning of Storm Leonardo.
A brief break in this impossible weather to go out without taking risks and quickly observe the impact of this very strong storm on a short stretch of the Costa da Caparica coastline, with particular incidence on its urban beachfront.
Here and throughout the national territory it is and will be necessary, more than ever, to plan, prevent, adapt, reinforce, raise awareness, educate, lead and coordinate.
A territorial planning worthy of the name is needed. Investing in the future and, more than anticipating tomorrow, building the coming days wisely from now on. Nature and its manifestations do not sympathize with the taciturnity of political cycles, the lack of medium and long-term vision, the excessive consumption and accumulation of goods, resources and capital, and the stupidity of many human actions on the planet.
